AI Stack works with business systems that may include client records, emails, tasks and workflow data.

We collect the information needed to assess fit, install agreed workflows and operate the agent within approved boundaries.

We do not ask for access that is not needed for the agreed workflow.

We do not publish client data, client names, workflow details or performance claims without approval.

AI Stack agents use business and contact information to carry out agreed workflow steps. That includes identifying new enquiries, matching them to existing records, flagging work that has gone quiet, and preparing draft messages for a person to review.

These steps are supervised. Client-facing messages and material record changes are prepared as drafts and require human approval unless a client has approved a different rule in writing.

We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions about individuals' access to services, credit, employment or entitlements.
