Clear pricing for installed operating capacity.
You are not buying a workshop, a dashboard or another platform to manage. You are buying a working operating rhythm inside your current software.
What this is priced against
Australian service business owners lose 8 to 12 hours a week to admin that the systems should be handling. At $150 an hour that is $62,000 to $94,000 a year, before you count the follow-ups that never get sent.
The Foundation offer is $35,000 in the first year: $5,000 setup and twelve months at $2,500.
Department Audit
System audit, hours-wasted baseline, agent scope and a return-on-investment model. Fully credited against a build.
- Workflow map across enquiry, CRM, tasks and chat
- Hours-wasted baseline agreed with you
- Agent scope and go-live rules
- Written recommendation, including if we are not a fit
CRM and Workflow Agent
Limited time offer.
Australian service businesses that want tighter lead follow-up, cleaner CRM records, clearer task movement and better daily visibility.
- Fit check and workflow map.
- CRM, inbox, task tool and team chat connection.
- Daily owner or manager summary.
- New enquiry checking.
- Follow-up draft preparation.
- Stale lead alerts.
- Task update support.
- Client handover preparation.
- Approval rules.
- Silent test before go-live.
- Weekly review during the first month.
CRM and Workflow Agent
Applies once the foundation offer closes.
Service businesses that want the same CRM and workflow operating rhythm after the foundation client intake closes.
Same scope as the foundation offer, with refined install checklists and proof assets from earlier deployments.
The 60-day guarantee
If the agent is not saving your team at least eight hours a week by day 60, we waive the next month and rebuild the scope at no charge.
We agree the baseline in week one, before anything is connected, so there is no argument about the starting point later.
Minimum term is twelve months. The 60-day guarantee is the exit.
Expand once the first agent is working.
After the CRM and Workflow Agent is installed and working, AI Stack can expand into other department functions.
Operations Agent
For reducing manager chasing, strengthening handovers and keeping the day-to-day operating rhythm moving.
Accounting Agent
For the finance work that lives between systems: chasing what is owed through the channel the client actually reads, pulling a month-end pack together from more than one place, and flagging what does not reconcile before it becomes a problem. Not a replacement for your accounting software or your bookkeeper.
Scoped and priced at the fit check.
To keep the install useful and contained, the offer does not include:
- A custom software platform.
- Unlimited workflow requests.
- Staff replacement.
- Full data cleanup where no internal data owner exists.
- Sending sensitive client messages without approval.
- Rebuilding the client's entire CRM.
- Taking over sales or delivery judgement.
Fixed pricing keeps the work honest.
Small businesses do not need vague AI projects that keep expanding.
The fixed setup fee covers mapping, connection, configuration, silent testing and go-live. The monthly fee covers the live operating rhythm, monitoring, weekly reporting and ongoing improvement within the agreed scope.
Pricing questions
What does it cost?
$5,000 setup and $2,500 per month while the limited time foundation offer is open. After that, $7,500 setup and $3,000 per month. A $2,000 Department Audit is available first if you want the workflow map before committing to a build, and it is credited in full against the setup fee.
Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months, with the 60-day guarantee as the exit. If the agent is not saving your team at least eight hours a week by day 60, we waive the next month and rebuild the scope at no charge, and you can end the agreement at that point if you choose to.
What is not included?
A custom software platform, unlimited workflow requests, staff replacement, full data cleanup where nobody internally owns the data, or sending client-facing messages without approval.
What happens if it does not work?
If the agent is not saving your team at least eight hours a week by day 60, we waive the next month and rebuild the scope at no charge. We agree the baseline in week one, before anything is connected, so there is no argument about the starting point later.
How long until it is live?
Four weeks. Map, connect, silent test, go live.
Do I need to change software?
No. The agent works inside the CRM, inbox, task tool and team chat you already use.
Why not just use something else
Why not use the AI already built into my CRM or accounting software?
Use it. It is good at what it does, and it is included in what you already pay. It works inside one system. The problems in a service business are almost never inside one system. They are in the gap between the enquiry, the CRM record, the task board and the person who was supposed to follow up. That gap is what we install into.
Why not build it myself with Zapier or n8n?
If you have someone internal who can build it, maintain it, and fix it when an API changes, build it. Most service businesses do not, and the ones that do find the person who built it becomes the single point of failure. We are the alternative to that, not to the tools.
Why not hire an offshore assistant?
An assistant is a good answer for work that needs judgement. This is not that work. This is the checking, drafting, updating and flagging that happens every day and gets skipped when the week gets busy. An assistant also resigns, takes leave and has to be retrained. Most businesses end up needing both.
Why not use another automation agency?
Ask any of them for a fixed price, a fixed scope and a written guarantee before you start. Most price by the project and will not put a number on a page. We have.
