CRM and Workflow Agent
A supervised agent that keeps leads, follow-ups, tasks and client handovers moving across your existing software.
Foundation offer: $5,000 setup + $2,500 per month. Limited time offer.
Australian service business owners lose 8 to 12 hours a week to admin that the systems should be handling. At $150 an hour that is $62,000 to $94,000 a year, before you count the follow-ups that never get sent.
The Foundation offer is $35,000 in the first year: $5,000 setup and twelve months at $2,500.
The 60-day guarantee
If the agent is not saving your team at least eight hours a week by day 60, we waive the next month and rebuild the scope at no charge.
We agree the baseline in week one, before anything is connected, so there is no argument about the starting point later.

Example of a daily summary
The repeat work your team keeps carrying manually.
The CRM and Workflow Agent handles practical daily work that usually falls between sales, admin and delivery.
- Checks new enquiries.
- Assigns leads to the right person.
- Drafts follow-up messages.
- Flags stale opportunities.
- Updates CRM stages.
- Cleans missing contact details.
- Summarises sales activity.
- Prepares handovers after a lead converts.
- Reminds staff about overdue next actions.
- Updates ClickUp, Monday or Asana tasks.
- Drafts internal updates for Slack, Teams or Telegram.
- Prepares owner summaries at the end of the day.
Who this is for, and who it is not for.
This product is a strong fit when:
- Leads arrive through forms, phone, email, booking pages or social media.
- The CRM is partly updated, but not trusted.
- Follow-up depends on memory, inbox checks or one busy staff member.
- The owner still asks staff for updates.
- Sales to delivery handover is inconsistent.
- The business has no appetite for a heavy software rollout.
This is not the right product when:
- There is no consistent lead flow or workflow pain.
- No owner or manager will set approval rules.
- The data is messy and nobody owns it internally.
- The business expects the agent to replace staff judgement.
- The request is for a custom platform instead of installed operating capacity.
What the agent will not do by default.
The agent will not send sensitive messages, change deal status, make material client decisions or bypass approval rules unless those actions have been approved in writing.
No hidden actions.
Important actions are logged.
No surprise sending.
Client-facing messages start as drafts unless approved otherwise.
No staff replacement promise.
The agent supports the team by doing repeat system work.
No open-ended build.
The install has a fixed scope and clear rules.
Built around your current stack.
The first install focuses on the systems already used by the team.
- Lead sources
- Forms, phone, email, booking pages and social messages.
- CRM
- GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and Monday CRM.
- Inbox
- Gmail and Outlook.
- Tasks

- Team chat
- Slack, Teams and Telegram.
- Owner visibility
- Daily summary, approvals, stale lead alerts and handover notes.
Why not just use something else
Why not use the AI already built into my CRM or accounting software?
Use it. It is good at what it does, and it is included in what you already pay. It works inside one system. The problems in a service business are almost never inside one system. They are in the gap between the enquiry, the CRM record, the task board and the person who was supposed to follow up. That gap is what we install into.
Why not build it myself with Zapier or n8n?
If you have someone internal who can build it, maintain it, and fix it when an API changes, build it. Most service businesses do not, and the ones that do find the person who built it becomes the single point of failure. We are the alternative to that, not to the tools.
Why not hire an offshore assistant?
An assistant is a good answer for work that needs judgement. This is not that work. This is the checking, drafting, updating and flagging that happens every day and gets skipped when the week gets busy. An assistant also resigns, takes leave and has to be retrained. Most businesses end up needing both.
Why not use another automation agency?
Ask any of them for a fixed price, a fixed scope and a written guarantee before you start. Most price by the project and will not put a number on a page. We have.
See whether the agent fits your current workflow.
The fit check looks at your current enquiry paths, CRM use, follow-up process and handover gaps.
